EL RANCHO FLORIDA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
REGULAR MEETING – JANUARY 21, 2009
The regular meeting of the El Rancho Florida Homeowners Association was held on January 21, 2009, 6:00 PM, at Rex Emenegger‘s house. Present at the meeting were:
Jack Wasserbach – President
Rex Emenegger – Vice President
David Shultz – Treasurer
Marsha Moreland, Administrator, was also present for the meeting. The meeting was called to order at 6:05 PM.
A motion was made, moved and passed to approve the minutes of November 11, 2008 regular meeting as submitted.
A motion was made, moved and passed to approve the payables submitted.
The Annual meeting will be held on February 10, 2009 at the Faith Community Church of the Nazarene.
The Notice will be published 2 times in the Durango Herald. The meeting packets will go out late January.
The BOD reviewed the Proxy form, Agenda, Notice and the Budget for 2009 which will be mailed out with the Annual Dues.
BUDGET FOR 2009:
A motion was made, moved and passed to approve the 2009 Budget with the 10% increase in annual dues and the expenses itemized and discussed in the budget review.
A motion was made, moved and passed to accept Marsha’s contract at $400/mo.
Since the HOA Board did not have any idea WHO the complaint was from there is no way to respond to the author of the letter. Complaints on dogs barking and running at large must be directed to La Plata County Animal Control. All complaints must be sign. There is no action to be taken by the BOD.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:20 PM.
