Shall be amended to read as follows:
D-1 Definition of Use
All lots in the Subdivision will be known, described and used as residential for single family dwellings only. A single family occupancy is defined as a shared occupancy by the owner or their renter, and their parents, siblings and dependents. All renters shall be 21 years of age or older.
We the undersigned members of the Board of Directors of the El Rancho Florida Subdivision Units I and II, hereby certify that the majority vote of the membership present at the Annual Meeting of the Homeowners Association on February 12, 2008, declare this amendment approved and to be filed with La Plata County Clerk effective on February 12, 2008.
This document is an Amendment to the instrument #972045 previously filed with the La Plata County Clerk on February 12, 2008.
