EL RANCHO FLORIDA METROPOLITAN DISTRICT
2015 BUDGET HEARING and 2014 BUDGET AMENDMENT

A copy of the proposed 2015 Budget for the El Rancho Florida Metropolitan District has been presented to the Board of Directors on October 1, 2015 and sent to the residents & property owners of the District, posted at the District’s business office, and on the District’s web site prior to the Budget Hearing.

Any interested resident of El Rancho Florida Metropolitan District may inspect the proposed budget and file public comment thereto at any time prior to the adoption of the budget.

Said 2015 Budget will be considered at a Budget Hearing of the Board of Directors and the residents of the Metropolitan District on December 3, 2014, 6:00 PM at 755 E. Second Avenue, Ste. 2A, Durango, Colorado. At that time the 2014 Budget Amendment will also be discussed. Any interested resident of El Rancho Florida Metropolitan District may file public comment thereto at any time prior to the adoption of the budget.

The Board of Directors, at their regular meeting following the Budget hearing on December 3, 2014, will adopt the 2015 Budget and Amend the 2014 Budget, the Resolution for Appropriation of Funds for 2015 and the Amended 2014 and a Resolution to set Mill Levies for 2015.
