Dear Member of the El Rancho Florida Homeowner’s Association,

The Board of Directors for the Association is pleased to announce that the Second Amended and Restated Declaration of Protective Covenants were approved by a majority vote of the lot owners and became effective on December 5, 2014. All lots in the Subdivision are subject to the new Covenants. If you no longer have a copy, please call Marsha Moreland (970-749-2682 leave a message if need be) and she will be happy to send you one.

If you live in the area that previously allowed mobile homes, the new covenants state that if you remove the mobile for any reason, it may only be replaced with a modular or a stick built home. If you replace your mobile home, the modular or stick built home must be a minimum of 1500 square feet of living space, see Section F: Dwellings and Outbuildings and also Section D: Use of Lots.
