EL RANCHO FLORIDA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION,   INC.
Special Meeting – January 17, 2018

 

A special meeting of the Board of Directors for the El Rancho Florida HOA, Inc. was held on January 17, 2018 at 6:00 PM at 280 Sundance Circle. Present for the meeting were:

Rex Emenegger – President Eric Sibelius – Vice President
Teri Roberts – Secretary
Pete Diethrich – Treasurer
Wendy Ludgewaite

Also present was: Marsha Moreland, Administrator.

 

Purpose of the meeting was for the Board members to discuss their next action regarding the Lititation between Pioneer Ditch and the HOA.  The meeting opened at 6:05 PM.

 

The Board went into executive session at 6:15 PM for the purpose of discussing the pending lawsuilt with Pioneer Ditch and HOA.  The Board came out of the session at 7:30 PM.

 

There being no further discussion the meeting was adjourned at 7:35 pm.
