EL RANCHO FLORIDA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
REGULAR MEETING – November 10, 2009
A regular meeting of the El Rancho Florida Homeowners Association was held on November 10, 2009, 6:00 PM, at Rex Emenegger‘s house.
Present at the meeting were:
Jack Wasserbach – President
Rex Emenegger – Vice President
Peter Diethrich

Marsha Moreland, Administrator was present for the meeting.  The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM.

MINUTES:
A motion was made, moved and passed to approve the minutes of October 10, 2009 as submitted.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE:
A motion was made, moved and passed to approve the bills submitted for payment.

HEATHER SNOW/COMPLAINT:
Pete Diethrich spoke with Heather Snow and Wendy Miller about the clean up needed.  There followed a lengthy discussion.  It was agreed that Marsha will call Wendy and see what can be done to help remedy the situation.

METRO. DISTRICT UPDATE – Jack Wasserbach
Jack Wasserbach reviewed with those present the listing received to guide the Metro. District with organizing information for implementing a water study.  The Control panel is being built and it is believed to be completed in January.  Jack is meeting with USDA and they are very interested in seeing if they can assist the Metro. District with needed system improvements.

NEW BUSINESS:
The website is up and running for the HOA and Metro. District.  The HOA portion is approximately $200 for web hosting, set up and annual fee.

BUDGET 2010:
Marsha is doing a 10% increase in the annual dues and will allocate ditch costs to those using the ditch and who have deeded acre feet of irrigation water.  The reserve is building nicely for the HOA and will cap out at $50,000, as that is the amount the Board set for their goal.

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.
